Rules and Regulations

In order to provide a more uniform and uncluttered appearance, and to provide for better and efficient maintenance practices, the following rules and regulations are in effect:

• No planting of any kind
• 1-10" plastic pots are permitted between April 1st to October 31st.  No articial flowers permitted between April 1st to October 31st. 
• Shepherd's hook are permitted 1 per lot.
• Artificial flowers and wreaths are only permitted between November 1st to March 31st.
• 6" border of natural bark is permitted around each stone/monument.  All other materials are prohibited and will be removed. 
• Statues, plaques toys and/or other decorative trinkets are prohibited.
• Solar lights are permitted 2 per lot.
• Please place all trash in trash baskets.
• No decorations or lights are permitted in, on or around any trees or shrubs.
• Flag holders for veterans are available at the Erie County Department of Veteran Affairs (814) 451-6265 or through your funeral director.
• Pets must be leashed at all times while on cemetery grounds.
• No parking on the grass
• EDC is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to any item placed at grave sites or inside mausoleums.
• EDC reserves the right to remove any item at any time.  

To avoid decorations that may not be permitted, please check with the cemetery before purchase.
