Mary, Queen of Peace Cemetery

On August 15, 1996, Bishop Trautman consecrated Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery.  This beautiful, peaceful cemetery located on Lake Pleasant Road in the Belle Valley area was developed by the diocese to serve parishioners in Eastern Erie County.  Since its opening, it has matured into a picturesque landscape appreciated by all those who visit and as such, local residents enjoy walking the grounds all throughout the year.  The cemetery has grown quickly and a new section for graves was recently developed next to the original section in the center of the grounds.  Also, outdoor columbarium cremation niches are located in front of the mausoleum and this past summer, glass front cremation niches were built inside the mausoleum. There is not an office located on the property and all inquiries can be arranged through the main office located at Calvary Cemetery by phone 814-838-7724 or email eriediocesancemeteries@gmail.com
