Samuel Group, 19-35

Primary:     What should I do with my future? Ages 19-35
Secondary: How do I love in different relationships? Ages 13-18
                 How do I live my values? Ages 19-35

Summary: Samuel group is a seven-month journey which accompanies young who seriously desire to discern God’s will for their lives. The program provides the tools for how to discern properly with peace, joy, and confidence. Participants are called to discover whom and what they are truly made for, and how to embrace God’s call in every stage of life.
Participants commit to engaging in daily prayer, meeting monthly in a small group that focuses on an aspect of the spiritual life, and being in monthly spiritual direction. Previous Successes:

• Diocese of Joliet, IL and Diocese of Camden, NJ both host Samuel Groups annually and see participation of around 40 new members per year.
• In progress: Diocese of Erie, PA

• Training a core team of diverse vocations
• Samuel Group printouts and materials
• Locating suitable potential spiritual directors and pairing them with participants.
